Mr. Stephen I. Cezar

With more than two decades of experience in the field of Technical Vocational Education and Training in the Philippines, Mr. Cezar is one of the technical personnel who looked into the integration of innovation in the Philippine TVET system and TESDA Technology Institution Modernization Projects. At present he is connected with the Technology Research and Development Division (TRDD) under the National Institute of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (NITESD). Prior to his connection to NITESD, he had more than 10 years of experience in the field of Electronics and Industrial Automation as a technician, teacher and TESDA center administrator. He is a graduate of Diploma of Technology majoring in electronics at the Marikina Institute of Science and Technology and continues with his studies to earn a bachelor's degree in Industrial Education. He took a post graduate Diploma in Public Development Management at the Development Academy of the Philippines where he developed his skills in project development management and innovations.
